Raipur (Chhattisgarh), Nov 12 (ANI): As voting for assembly elections in Chhattisgarh starts today, Congress leader PL Punia urged that the entire election process should be video recorded to ensure free and fair elections. Before urging this, he criticised the Bharatiya Janara Party (BJP) of planning election rigging in remote areas. He said, “BJP was in rage after seeing people’s anger against them and their leaning toward Congress and so it planned election rigging in remote areas. Then how will elections be free and fair? We demand that video recording must be done for the entire election process, including the steps of sealing and dispatch of EVMs”.
