New Delhi, Nov 05 (ANI): Former Chief Minister and Congress leader Sheila Dikshit on Monday addressed the controversy revolving around the Signature Bridge. Speaking on the same, Dikshit said, “When we took a decision on it (Signature Bridge), many people spoke up against it. Yet, we went ahead with it. It is unfortunate that we couldn’t complete it because a bridge like this takes time in the making.”
