Pithoragarh (Uttarakhand), Nov 04 (ANI): As Uttarakhand braces for a chilling winter, Pithoragarh’s Munsiari was decked in picturesque, fresh snowfall. Rudraprayag, where the famous Kedarnath Temple is located, too was as white as snow. Tourists and devotees are enjoying the dipping temperatures and snow in the state.
