Aligarh, (UP), Nov 18 (ANI): In a shocking incident, a minor was mercilessly thrashed by his tuition teacher in Uttar Pradesh’s Aligarh. The incident took place at the child’s home. The incident came to light after victim’s parents checked the footage of CCTV cameras installed in their house.
