Pune, Nov 30 (ANI): When asked about increased role of women in the Army, General Bipin Rawat said that they have not taken up women for front-line combat roles because they are not ready for it now. The facilities have to be created and women have to be prepared for these kinds of hardships. He also said that we should not compare ourselves with western nations as they are more open than us.
