1984 anti-Sikh riots: Will oppose Sajjan Kumar’s plea in court, says HS Phoolka

New Delhi, Dec 20 (ANI): While reacting to Sajjan Kumar’s plea filed in the Delhi High Court asking for a month to surrender, HS Phoolka, advocate for 1984 anti-Sikh riot victims said that he will oppose the application tomorrow. He added that a caveat has been filed on behalf of one of the victims named Jagdish Kaur, meaning that whenever Sajjan Kumar files an appeal, they should be informed.
