Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), Dec 31 (ANI): While addressing a press conference in Uttar Pradesh’s capital city Lucknow Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG), Law & Order Praveen Kumar talked about former Member of Parliament (MP) Atique Ahmed case (for allegedly abducting and thrashing a businessman inside Deoria jail in UP) in detail and said, “Stringent action will be taken on Atique Ahmed’s gang. He will be shifted from Deoria jail to Bareilly jail. Two people were arrested and four people have been suspended in relation with the case. Further investigation is still underway.”
