Guwahati (Assam), Dec 2 (ANI): After three persons got injured in an explosion, which took place inside Kamakhya-Dekargaon Intercity Express in Assam’s Udalguri. PRO of North East Frontier Railway (NFR), Nripen Bhattacharya gave additional information by asserting, “A blast was occurred in the Kamakhya-Dekargaon Express train’s general 2nd class coach at the Harisinga station. Total three persons suffered from minor injuries. Injured passengers have been treated by our railway authority.”
“Our general manager along with the high officials rushed to the site after this incident took place,” he added. “Our probe finally confirmed that it was a bomb blast. After that incident we’ve tightened our security and are quite alert. We have deployed RPF personnel’s in all the trains,” PRO further stated.
