Hardoi (UP), Dec 28 (ANI): A bizarre incident has come to light from Uttar Pradesh’s Hardoi district where a farmer was put behind bars for five days merely for plucking few lotus stems from a government bird park located adjacent to his farm. What makes the incident more bizarre is the fact that it happened almost 11 years back. The accused said the case is still going on and also requested to resolve it.
