Agra (Uttar Pradesh), Dec 18 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Udaybhan Chaudhary on Tuesday clarified his statement of threatening Sub-Divisional Magistrate Garima Singh. He said, “Farmers had come to me with their grievances and I took them to Tehsil. There, the SDM scolded them so much reacting to which I scolded her but according to her position and age it was my right to do so also I scolded her like a daughter.” Earlier, the MP said to the SDM, “Don’t you know I am an MLA? Don’t you realize my power, the power of democracy?”. His statement came after he came to meet the SDM over farmer issues.
