Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala), Dec 08 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) State General Secretary K Surendran has been released from Poojappura jail in Thiruvananthapuram on Saturday. Party workers celebrated after his release. He has been granted a conditional bail by the Kerala High Court on a bond of Rs 2 lakh on December 7. The BJP leader and others who were accompanying him were arrested after he got into scuffle with police at Nilakkal base camp on November 17.
