New Delhi, Dec 05 (ANI): Uttar Pradesh Director General of Police (DGP) OP Singh said that the incident is a big conspiracy. “This is not only a law and order issue. I wonder how did the cattle carcass reach there? Who brought it, why & under what circumstances?,” said DGP OP Singh. The police are investigating all the angles to the case. Police Inspector Subodh Kumar was brutally murdered in the violence that erupted after alleged cow slaughter.
