Gurugram (Haryana), Dec 26 (ANI): A police constable was kidnapped by miscreants in broad daylight in Gurugram. Miscreants kidnapped the constable in an alley using a SUV. The constable was later freed. The police are recording constable’s statement and action will be initiated to nab the culprits.
