New Delhi, Dec 29 (ANI): While talking to ANI about a recent shelter home case in Delhi’s Dwarka, Chief of Delhi Commission for Women Swati Maliwal said, “At one of the shelter homes in Dwarka, girls were tortured, they were beaten up and two of the girls who are just six-seven years of age, chili powder was inserted into the private parts, to punish them. An FIR has been registered”.
