New Delhi, Dec 30 (ANI): A day after Prime Minister Narendra Modi called Congress-JDS government’s farm loan waiver in Karnataka a “lollipop”, Congress leader Kapil Sibal attacked the Prime Minister for his remark and said the “biggest lollipop” was the latter’s promise of transferring Rs 15 lakh in every individual’s bank account. Sibal also said that if Karnataka government’s farm loan waiver was a lollipop, then same was the case with the BJP-led Maharashtra government which even witnessed farmers’ march.
