Ranchi (Jharkhand), Dec 21 (ANI): The Jharkhand Government will provide Rs 5000/acre for Kharif crop annually, announced Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das. “In 2018-19 budget, Rs5000/acre for Kharif crop annually through cheques”, said CM Das. “Farmers having land less than an acre will also get minimum Rs 5000”, he added. The scheme will be named ‘Mukhyamantri Krishi Ashirwad Yojana’, informed Jharkhand CM. 20,000 lakh farmers are expected to get benefit from the scheme. The Government will spend estimated Rs 2,250 crore for the scheme.
