Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh), Dec 30 (ANI): While briefing the mediapersons on law & order situation in Uttar Pradesh, Union Minister Piyush Goyal said, “People tell me miscreants prefer to stay behind bars, they are afraid of coming out. This kind of situation has been seen for first time. It’s unfortunate that Bulandshahr and Ghazipur incidents happened, some elements are trying to disturb environment”.
