New Delhi, Dec 27 (ANI): Ahead of the discussion of Triple Talaq Bill in Parliament today, Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) National Spokesperson GVL Narasimha Rao said that triple talaq is a pugnacious practice. “Instant triple talaq is banned world over. All Islamic countries ended this practice decades ago. Its’ only because of vote bank politics that Congress is appeasing the Muslim clergy and denying fundamental rights to Muslim women,” said Rao. Appreciating the bill he said, if it becomes a law, then it would come as a great relief to Muslim women and expose parties like the Congress and others in front of the people of the country. If now such parties do not come out, then they would have to face the wrath of Muslim women, Rao added.
