Puri (Odisha), Dec 29 (ANI): Devotees were restricted from entering famous 12th century Jagannath Temple in Puri following scuffle between police and priests. The standoff comes before implementations of reform measures in the temple as suggested by Supreme Court. The apex court has mooted 12 proposals in July this year.
