Rajouri (Jammu and Kashmir), Dec 13 (ANI): Jammu and Kashmir received fresh snowfall on Wednesday. Several roads have been closed following snowfall. Temperature dipped significantly in the Valley. Northern states of Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand are receiving heavy snowfall this month.
