Pratapgarh (Uttar Pradesh), Dec 31 (ANI): Mortal remains of Constable Suresh Pratap Vats were taken Prayagraj for last rites. He died in UP’s Ghazipur after he was hit by stone pelters, when violent protests took place. His mortal remains were brought to his home in Pratapgarh.
