New Delhi, Dec 14 (ANI): While addressing a gathering in the national capital, economist and former Governor of Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Raghuram Rajan talked about loan waivers for farmers. He said, “It often goes to the best connected rather than to the poorest. It also creates enormous problems for the fiscal of the country once the waivers are done”.
