Meat delicacy Harissa keeps Kashmiris warm during winters

Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir), Dec 26 (ANI): A popular meat dish in the Valley known as Harissa is the lifeline of people during winters. Made with special spices, locals say that Harissa helps them keep warm. People come from far flung areas to relish this delicacy. To prepare Harissa, it takes around 14-16 hours.
