Poonch (J&K), Sep 18 (ANI): A 33-year-old mentally challenged man, who went missing from a village along the Line of Control (LoC), is traced in Pakistan. The incident came into light after the family lodged a missing report in Jhulas police post. A video went viral on social media, showing Mohammad Alyas somewhere in Pakistan. The incident has put forth serious questions regarding security of heavily guarded LoC fence.
