New Delhi, Dec 20 (ANI): Intense cold wave continued to shiver the national capital and NCR residents as minimum temperature dropped. Delhi’s night shelters witnessed increase in occupancy after mercury dipped. The snowfall in the hilly areas has increased the icy winds in the region.
