Bhubaneswar (Odisha), Dec 21 (ANI): While briefing the media in Odisha’s Bhubaneswar, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik said, “State Cabinet today approved, Krushak Assistance for Livelihood and Income Augmentation (KALIA) scheme, amounting Rs 10,180 crores. This scheme covers 92% of cultivators, loanee, as well as non-loanee farmers, share croppers and landless agriculture laborers”.
