Bhubaneswar (Odisha), Dec 25 (ANI): Over 100 members of the Biju Yuva Vahini (BYV) joined the Bharatiya Janata Party in Bhubaneswar, on Tuesday. Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan was present at the initiation of the newly added members and welcomed them with open arms.
