Udhampur (Jammu & Kashmir), Dec 11 (ANI): Parts of Jammu and Kashmir received fresh snowfall on Monday. Hill top attraction in Udhampur, Patnitop turned milky white following heavy snowfall. Temperature dipped drastically in the district. Snow clearing operation began in the region.
