Port Blair (Andaman & Nicobar Islands), Dec 30 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Cellular Jail in Port Blair on Sunday. He also laid wreath at Martyrs Column. He also paid homage to great visionary Veer Savarkar in his cell at Cellular Jail.
