Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir), Dec 19 (ANI): National Conference president Farooq Abdullah said Army should have used water cannons or tear gas instead of bullets during Phulwama encounter. Abdullah said, “The Army should have used water cannons or tear gas instead of bullets. People who died, can’t come back. We hope army and police will not carry out such operations in the future.”
