Amritsar (Punjab), Dec 03 (ANI): Scuffle broke out between police and locals in Hakima Gate area after a man, arrested in possession of narcotics, allegedly died in police custody. Two police personnel injured during the scuffle. People were seen beating the police personnel with lathis. JS Walia, Superintendent of Police, Amritsar said, “A board consisting of doctors will be formed and post-mortem would be conducted. Investigation will be carried out according to what would come in the post-mortem report.
