Amritsar (Punjab), Dec 2 (ANI): A day after Navjot Singh Sidhu took a jibe at Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh, and it created new controversy. Congress leader and his wife Navjot Kaur Sidhu clarified, “Navjot Singh Sidhu has repeatedly said that Captain Sahab (Amarinder Singh) is like his father. We have always made it clear that Captain Sahab’s respect and honour is above everything. Sidhu’s statement should be read as a whole and not in incomplete bits.” She also added, “In near future too his respect will be equally maintained by two of us and he will always be our captain.”
