Raipur (Chhattisgarh), Dec 15 (ANI): Supporters of Congress leader Bhupesh Baghel burst crackers outside his residence in Raipur ahead of announcement of Chief Minister in Chhattisgarh by the party. Supporters are confident that Baghel will be appointed as state’s chief minister. Congress won the Assembly elections 2018 with majority.
