New Delhi, Dec 01 (ANI): A thick layer of smog and haze continued to engulf Delhi on Saturday, with the quality of air at ‘very poor’. According to the Air Quality Index (AQI) data, major pollutant PM 2.5 is at 247 (poor) and PM 10 is at 257 (poor), in Lodhi Road area. According to System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting and Research (SAFAR), air quality was recorded PM 10 as ‘poor’ whereas and PM 2.5 as ‘very poor’. The residents have taken all precautions like wearing anti-pollution masks. SAFAR forecasted that the air quality is likely to remain same with a slight possibility to decline due to enhanced wind speed.
