Ramban (J&K), Dec 13 (ANI): Traffic movement was halted in Ramban following heavy snowfall in the region. Jawahar Tunnel was blocked after thick layer of snow covered the landscape. Snow clearing operation is underway. Northern states of Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand are receiving heavy snowfall this month.
