Jammu (J&K), Dec 01 (ANI): Speaking on Jammu University professor allegedly calling Bhagat Singh ‘terrorist’, Minister of State for the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region Jitendra Singh on Saturday stated, “University can’t be used as platform for anti-India baiting. I am personally in favour of free flow of ideas, thoughts and ideology. But the bottom line has to be the commitment to national integrity.”
