New Delhi, Dec 16 (ANI): Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman paid tribute to 1971 Indo-Pak war martyrs at Amar Jawan Jyoti today. India is celebrating Vijay Diwas to mark victory of Indian Army in 1971. Minister Sitharaman was accompanied by Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Sunil Lanba and Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Birender Singh Dhanoa.
