New Delhi, Dec 28 (ANI): Prime Minister of Bhutan Lotay Tshering arrived at the Rashtrapati Bhavan today. He was welcomed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other dignatories. He was also given a guard of honour at the venue. Lotay Tshering is on a three-day visit to India. The visit is taking place to mark golden jubilee year of the establishment of formal relations between India and Bhutan.
