New Delhi, Dec 28 (ANI): Bhutanese Prime Minister Lotay Tshering is on a three-day visit to India. He went to Rajghat to pay tribute to Mahatma Gandhi. Earlier, he also visited Rashtrapati Bhavan. The visit marks golden jubilee of Indo-Bhutan diplomatic relations.
