New Delhi, Dec 18 (ANI): Congress president Rahul Gandhi on being asked about the fulfillment of pre-poll promise of waiving farmers’ loan expressed his happiness and responded in affirmation. Newly formed Congress government in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh kicked off the process for waiving off farmers’ loan on December 17. Rahul during campaigns for the state elections promised to waive off farmers’ loan within 10 days of coming in power.
