Rachakonda (Telangana), Dec 28 (ANI): Two motorbike-borne chain snatchers were caught on camera snatching a necklace from a woman in Rachakonda town of Ranga Reddy district of Telangana on December 27. There have been a total of nine chain snatching cases in last 24 hours in the Rachakonda town. 40 police teams have been deployed to nab the snatchers.
