Budgam (Jammu and Kashmir), Jan 21 (ANI): An encounter has started between terrorists and security forces in Zinpanchal, Charar-e-Sharif in Budgam district of Jammu and Kashmir today. 53 Rashtriya Rifles, Budgam police and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) are at the operation. Two terrorists have been neutralised in the encounter. Encounter is still underway between security forces and a third terrorist. More details are awaited in this incident.
