Atal Nagar (Chhattisgarh), Jan 28 (ANI): Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Monday attended Kisan Abhar Sammelan in Chhattisgarh’s Atal Nagar. While addressing the people, he announced that, Congress party will ensure minimum universal basic income for the poor if it returns to power after the Lok Sabha polls due in April-May. He emphasized his words by saying that no government in the world has ever taken such a decision.
