Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu), Jan 13 (ANI): Three-day International Balloon Festival 2019 commenced in Tamil Nadu’s Pollachi on Saturday. This is the 5th edition of Global hot air balloon festivals organised by the Global Media Box with the support of Department of Tourism Tamil Nadu. The objective of this festival is to set a unique variety of family amusement through hot air balloon rides intending to make Pollachi a well known spot for tourism. There is also a special fun zone for kids in the festival. This year International Balloon festival will be organised from January 13 to 15, 2019. Over 10 participants from across 8 countries are taking part in this festival. There is also a special fun zone for kids.
