Anantnag (Jammu and Kashmir), Jan 31 (ANI): Terrorists lobbed a grenade near Shairbagh police station in Anantnag on Thursday. The incident left four civilians and one CRPF personnel injured. Security has been tightened in the region. Further information is awaited.
