65 jawans get injured after alleged attack by tribal community of Melghat

Akola (Maharashtra), Jan 23 (ANI): At least 65 jawans got injured after alleged attack by the members of tribal community of Melghat in Amravati. The community alleged that they are not getting facilities from the government in the settlement provided to them. The tribal community went back to their old deserted villages of Melghat on January 15. On January 22, the officials of forest department, police and the State Reserve Police (SRP) jawan went to the village to talk to them. But the community members attacked them. The injured jawans were taken to the hospital for treatment.
