Leh (J&K), Jan 26 (ANI): Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC) Chairman and Chief Executive Councilor Jamyang Tsering Namgial unfurled national flag at Polo Ground in Jammu and Kashmir’s Leh on occasion of 70th Republic Day. He also reviewed parade and addressed people. The function was attended by police officials, ministers and other dignitaries.
