Vadodara (Gujarat), Jan 11 (ANI): Officials at Shree Sayajibaug Zoo in Gujarat’s Vadodara have all the reasons to be happy as a female Hippopotamus has successfully given birth to baby Hippo. The zoo officials have made all the arrangements to protect the baby and ensure its good health. The zoo’s curator, Pratyush Patankar said, “This is very good news that after long time a successful breeding of Hippopotamus has happened. The female Hippopotamus has given birth to a baby Hippo. The baby is healthy and fine. After an unfortunate incident last time, we had made precautions for the baby to survive this time.”
