Panaji (Goa), Jan 27 (ANI): Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar and Union Minister Nitin Gadkari inaugurated the new Mandovi Bridge in Panaji on Sunday. The bridge has been named ‘Atal Setu’ in respect of late former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Speaking shortly at the event, the ailing Chief Minister, Parrikar gathered his strength to ask the cheering crowd, “how’s the josh?”.
