Panaji (Goa), Jan 30 (ANI); Ailing Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar addressed the budget session in the State Assembly in Panaji today. He was supported by his assistant during his speech in the assembly. CM Parrikar is also the Finance Minister of the state. He is suffering from pancreatic condition from past several years. “Today, once again I promise that I will serve Goa with sincerity, integrity, and dedication until my last breath. There is a josh, that is too high and I’m fully in hosh”, said CM Parrikar.
